2nd annual project meeting

In contrast to the rainy weather outside, the REMASS consortium’s second annual meeting in the At The Park Hotel Baden held on December 4–5 2025, brought plenty of light and energy into the meeting venue.

Over two days, the REMASS team engaged in intensive discussions, shared valuable insights, and highlighted inspiring progress. Participants reviewed initiatives and subprojects launched in year one and aligned priorities for year two — defining next steps, fostering collaboration, and strengthening connections across all partners and areas of expertise.

After welcome remarks and insightful keynotes, the consortium worked intensively in several breakout groups focused on the project’s core themes. These sessions enabled partners to deepen shared understanding, explore methodological approaches, and coordinate activities and on-going subprojects.

The key findings and open questions from each group were then reported back in plenary to consolidate learnings and align on common directions.

On the second day, a brief recap and additional input set the stage for further breakout work aimed at advancing cross-module collaboration and planning. The final plenary synthesized the main insights, reflected on progress against the proposal, and agreed on next steps, workshops and priorities for the coming year.
