FWF video features research on global supply chains and environmental impact assessments

In a recently released video by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF), entitled “Europe’s global footprint”, the research of REMASS co-PI Stefan Giljum and his colleagues in the “Global Resource Use” research group at WU Vienna is presented.

Stefan explains the complexity and opaqueness of global supply chains, highlighting the importance of developing models to identify major environmental hotspots as a basis for decision making in business and policy.
